11th of April, Saturday @18:00 - 19:30 This Group Biofield Tuning workshops take place at: Humaplace, C3 – Studios, Huismanstraat 30, 3082 HK, Rotterdam Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket(s) for your comfort. If you are new to Biofield Tuning, a group workshop is a beautiful introduction to this method. If you have already experienced one-on-one sessions, the group setting offers a different and unique experience. Biofield Tuning is based on the understanding that the electromagnetic field surrounding the body — aka aura, biofield or energy field — is closely connected with our conscious and subconscious mind. This field can be seen as a personal storage space where memories, beliefs, emotional patterns, conditioning, and life experiences are held. Over time, unresolved or stressful experiences may create areas of dissonance within the field. Using activated tuning forks and the Biofield Anatomy Map, I gently assess and work with these areas of imbalance. The coherent sound vibrations support the body in integrating unprocessed experiences and restoring a greater sense of harmony. As the field becomes more coherent, you will notice feeling more centered, grounded, and balanced. During the session, you will be guided into deep relaxation while the sound frequencies support your nervous system. This workshop offers a calm and supportive space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with your natural state of wellbeing.
