Singing Bowls Session is a journey of sound meditation that supports deep relaxation, stress release, balancing body and mind.
Bowls are a gentle yet powerful vibrational repatterning for the mind and body. The soothing sounds of Singing Bowls are very powerful for relieving stress, fatigue and many other conditions, which can often lead to the lack of harmony and balance in the body.

During our waking state we operate on beta brainwave frequencies. Singing Bowls entrain the brain to move into the deeper, alpha and theta frequencies, that induce deep meditative peaceful state, clarity of mind and intuition.
Bowls are ‘struck’ in specific rhythmic patterns to create vibrational sound harmonics. Their sound frequency impacts the sympathetic nervous system as the brain waves synchronize to the vibrations of the bowls.
The harmonic vibrations engage the relaxation, slow down the respiratory, brain and heart rate, and disrupt the pain creating a deep sense of well-being.

Individual Singing Bowls session is usually around 60 minutes and is conducted fully clothed on a mattres.
